This Privacy Policy describes how Yaarwin (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use:

• The Yaarwin mobile application for Android (package name: com.app.yaarwinn); and
• Related game and support pages we operate or link to, including content loaded inside the app through a WebView.

By installing or using Yaarwin, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. How the app works

Yaarwin is a mobile app that provides access to our online game platform through an in-app browser (WebView). Most gameplay, login, registration, and account activity take place on the website loaded inside the app. That website may store data in its own cookies, local storage, or servers according to its own practices.

The app also includes native features such as settings, notifications, language selection, support links, and links to our social channels.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

• Support requests: If you contact us by email or through the in-app support form, we receive the information you submit (such as subject, message, and email address).
• Website account data: When you register or log in through the embedded game website, you may provide details such as mobile number, password, or other information requested by that website. That data is primarily handled by the website/service loaded in the WebView.

3.2 Information stored on your device

The app may store the following locally on your device using secure on-device storage:

• App language preference
• Theme preference (light/dark mode)
• In-app notification history
• Other settings needed for the app to function

The embedded website may also store login state, game progress, virtual balances, or preferences in browser storage (cookies/local storage) on your device.

3.3 Information collected automatically

• App configuration: The app retrieves remote settings (such as the game website URL and app title) from Firebase Realtime Database so we can update the service without publishing a new app version.
• Device and usage data: Our service providers (such as Google Firebase) may automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate the app, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic data.
• Network activity: The app requires an internet connection to load game content and remote configuration.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Yaarwin app and embedded game platform
• Load and display game content through the WebView
• Save your app preferences and in-app notifications
• Respond to support requests
• Improve stability, security, and performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

5. WebView and third-party services

When you use Yaarwin, content from our game website is displayed inside the app. That website may use its own cookies, analytics, payment flows, or third-party tools. Your interaction with those features is subject to the practices of the loaded website and any third parties it uses.

The app may also open external apps or websites when you choose to:

• Contact support by email
• Visit our Instagram, Telegram, or WhatsApp channels
• Open payment, phone, or browser links supported by the embedded website
• Visit Google Play to rate or share the app

We do not control third-party websites or apps once you leave Yaarwin or open an external link.

6. Third-party service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Google Firebase — remote app configuration and core app infrastructure
• Google Play — app distribution, updates, and ratings

Yaarwin may request or use the following permissions:

• Internet access — required to load game content and app configuration

The app does not require access to your contacts, SMS, microphone, or camera for core functionality.

• On-device app data remains until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or reset your device.
• Website/account data loaded in the WebView is retained according to the website’s own rules and your actions on that service.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and for reasonable record-keeping.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

Yaarwin is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of certain information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to or restrict certain processing

You can also delete local app data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling Yaarwin from your device.

12. International users

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including by our service providers. By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
