These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yaarwin mobile application (package name: com.app.yaarwinn) and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Yaarwin, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Yaarwin provides access to our online game platform through an in-app WebView and native app features such as settings, notifications, support, and community links. Gameplay, registration, and account activity may occur on the website loaded inside the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Yaarwin. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable local laws.
If the embedded website requires registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Any coins, points, rewards, or similar items displayed in the game platform are for entertainment purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by the applicable website rules. Virtual items may have no real-world monetary value and may not be transferable outside the platform.
Yaarwin may open external websites or apps (for example email, social media, payment apps, or Google Play). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions outside Yaarwin.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or embedded services at any time, including changing the website loaded in the WebView through remote configuration.
Yaarwin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaarwin and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yaarwin after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
